Ingredients: 1lb/1/2 kg/6 inch ring, 150g Coconut milk, Juice of ½ an orange, ½ tsp. Vanilla essence, 2tbsp coconut oil, 115g Coconut sugar, 75g Whole wheat flour, 75g Almond flour, 25g cocoa powder, 1tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp. Baking soda, 40g chocolate, 50g chopped strawberries, hazelnut, and Choco chips for garnish.

Step 1

Whisk milk, vanilla essence, orange juice, oil, and sugar until the sugar melts.

Step 2

Add flour, almond powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, chocolate, chopped strawberries, and mix it until it comes together.

Step 3

Garnish the top with strawberries, chocolate chips, and hazelnut. Lastly, bake it in a preheated oven at 180* C for 40-45 minutes.

Your Vegan Strawberry Chocolate Cake is ready to serve!

Recipe 2: Eggless Coffee Cake

Eggless Coffee Cake

Bake your Eggless Coffee Cake in just 3 steps:

Ingredients: 2+1/2 cup All-purpose flour, 2tsp baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 cup melted butter, ½ cup caster sugar, 1 cup condensed milk, 1teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup hot milk, 3tbsp coffee powder

For the chocolate glaze: 1 cup chopped dark chocolate, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Step 1

Add all-purpose flour, melted butter, caster sugar, condensed milk, and mix it well.

Step 2

Now, add baking powder, baking soda, coffee powder, vanilla extract and mix it well in hot milk. Prepare the chocolate glaze by mixing dark chocolate and vegetable oil.

Step 3

Lastly, bake it in a preheated oven at 180* C for 40-45 minutes. Garnish it with the chocolate glaze.

Recipe 3: Eggless Strawberry Cheesecake

Eggless Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients: For the batter: 200g Cottage Cheese, 50g yogurt, 3tbsp water, ¼tsp salt, 1tsp lemon juice, 1tsp vanilla essence, 1tsp Cornflour, and 150g Condensed milk.

Biscuit Base: 12 Whole Wheat Biscuits, 50g Butter

Step 1

Mix the ground whole wheat biscuit flour 50g butter, and line your base. Let it chill in the refrigerator till your base is ready.

Step 2

Now, blitz together cottage cheese, salt, yogurt, water, lemon juice till it turns completely smooth. Add in all your ingredients and blitz it well.

Step 3

Next, pour hot water into the baking tray. Now, bake it in a preheated oven at 150*C for 40 minutes. Let it cool completely. The last step is to garnish it with strawberry chunks and mint leaves.
